The customer service of this company is excellent. They have various employees who will take over each step of the way, and explain each different process from concept art all the way to the end of casting and finishing of the ring. The customization is extremely thorough, the ring I ordered and had designed isn’t like one I’ve come across. They allow even the smallest unique designs that make it stand out and make it truly yours. Overall this is an amazing company in my opinion and I an very happy with the work I received
