Phenomenal craftsmanship and customer service! This is the second time I've entrusted CustomMade with bespoke jewelry. The first time was with a detailed custom signet ring I had been designing for years and after that HOMERUN performance, I trusted them again to design our engagement ring! (pic below). The pic below does not do justice to the level of detail that CustomMade was able to fit into the piece nor does it capture the over a hundred messages back and forth between me and the design team to get it perfect; and they succeeded! My fiancee' was stunned by the piece; everything from little touches like words, pictures, and symbols, to choosing the stone, to discussing the pros and cons of metals is included in this full-service experience! I cannot recommend them enough!
