Custom Made was by far one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had with a custom designer/maker on or offline, the team that worked with my fiancé and I working on my wedding ring were someone of the informative and kind people I’ve ever worked with in the service and design industry, they were extremely prompt communicators usually responding within 3 hours of any communication that was made and always promptly informing us if something possibly wouldn’t work, there was no runaround or hassle with the pricing and they were always extremely upfront and transparent with us. I truly canon recommend this company enough, we will most definitely be coming back to get heirlooms made and I am confident that they will persist for generations.
