The experience was one of the best I have had with any jewelry purchase - the team was knowledgable, responsive and helpful. I also did not feel like they were trying to oversell me - in fact, the opposite. When I suggested bigger side stones they told me it would overpower the center stone and they were right. I would 100% use them again. The final piece was even more beautiful than I could have hoped for!
