I was very impressed with the product and the company. Their team(s) worked with me every step, from the design aspect to the actual finished product. The production team kept me appraised of where my ring was at the production from 3d model to the tree mold. I was hesitant at first because this was my furst experience with ordering an expensive item on line. But, it was an AWESOME experience. Thank you
