Pretty great experience all-around, so long as your timeline isn't too tight. Much more direct involvement than expected, this literally felt like a personal consultant that converted a rough sketch/idea into a proper design (think, interior design architect) Tons of back and forth (in a good way) and this resulted in a great ring that feels extremely close to what I had in mind, contrary to literally thousands of rings I found online which each lacked that one detail I wanted. End-to-end 3 months to get it done, but probably can be compressed if people are better than me at making design decisions.
