The whole experience was great from beginning to end. Everyone who got in contact with me (Tricia, Chun, Karen, and Pauline) was super helpful and very professional. I appreciated the thorough explanations every step of the way, and I especially appreciated the explanations when I had options and choices to make. Everything from the design input, to staying within my budget, all worked out wonderfully. Thank you all for making this experience of getting a ring for my fiancee a pleasant one!
