CustomMade was a perfect experience. They were able to take my idea and bring it to life in the best way possible. They were so helpful throughout the process and amenable to every single little change I wanted to make. At one point I thought I was making too many changes but they kept saying they want me to think it is perfect and they did just that! My family crest pendant came out great and I've received so many compliments from friends and family already.
