I have had the most exquisite ring made and the communication has been wonderful. I was a bit cross at paying $800 in customs charges however - not yours or my fault but a real pain. When I received the ring, it was sadly a little too big and I wished I had requested the band to have shoulders up to the halo mount. This being said, Custom Made has offered for me to return it so to actually do the above alterations. I did send this through about a week ago to Lulu but in case I mised reply, I haven't heard anything back and how to return it. This is just a blip becuase everything else has been fantastic.
