The entire process was super easy and the consultants in each process were wonderful to work with. We loved how all communication was electronic as we are busy people and to ensure everyone was on the same page. Now the actual ring itself is exactly like the design we had agreed to. Also, there aren’t words to explain how beautiful the ring turned out. They also surprised us with a special engraving on the engagement ring band that correlates to how my fiancé and I met. They did have to push the delivery date back a couple times to ensure the ring was perfect but when it was done it was overnighted to us.
