This place is incredible. The employees I worked with were kind, understanding, and knowledable. It never took more than a day to hear back from someone. They don't pressure you, they work with you to make this experience as way as possible. The coolest part to me was that I was able to submit photos of other rings I had seen that I wanted to use as inspiration.I was very skeptical about going thru an online company to get an enagaement ring but I very glad I did. 10/10
