I have to say, I was very reluctant to make a major purchase this way. However, I am very pleased with the entire process. There is not one thing they need to change. In my opinion it is perfect. Communication was amazing, product is exquisite, shipping on point and pricing fair. It was a bit more expensive, but being able to create what you want and then get it, makes it worth it. My now wife, loves her engagement ring and the wedding bands add such and amazing touch to the whole package. Cannot say enough about this experience. Outstanding in every way!!
