I was able to send in multiple ring designs and they worked with me for about a week to make the perfect ring for my fiance. Turn around was about a month from approval of final design and receiving the ring. You get a full team of different individuals who help walk you through the various parts of the process. Very simple from start to finish definitely had a great experience
