I had an absolutely fantastic experience in dealing with the folks at CustomMade. They're professional, friendly, talented, and the value I got for my engagement ring was outstanding! I went in with rough ideas in mind about the design I wanted, but CustomMade has a useful questionnaire and guides that helped me figure out what I wanted. Their artists came up with amazing sketches and 3D renderings of the piece, and they gave me lots of room to provide input on what I wanted. They weren't happy unless I was 100% in love with the final design, and now I have a beautiful and very personal engagement to give to the love of my life. Sustainability was also a huge factor for me, and they were able to get all lab-grown gems for my ring. I also really appreciated how honest they were regarding pricing. The estimates they gave were accurate and there were no surprises, and of course the value for the money I spent left me feeling very happy about my entire experience.
