My experience was excellent. Working with the design team very closely ensured that our ring was excellent. The engagement went off without a hitch and she still can't stop smiling every time she looks at the ring. Highly recommend for anyone who is interested in getting engaged and doesn't want the cookie cutter ring from a jewelry store.
