From the first communication, through to my item arriving at my door, everything was impeccable! I was kept in the loop about every step in the process. I needed something adjusted, slightly, in the design, and they did it with nothing but the utmost in wanting me to get what I wanted. The final product was beautifully packaged, and it looks spectacular!! I have to admit, the design was a bit tricky, but they pulled it off. Kudos to the entire team for a flawless experience!! Oh, and it came in well ahead of my expected timeframe!
