When designing my ring for Kate, the staff at CustomMade were extremely friendly and responsive. I went through several designs and changes and each time was accommodated. Any questions I had were well explained and I was provided additional details into the process that makes the ring itself. The final version of the ring came out beautifully. At this time I have a planned proposal a few months out but the ring is perfect and I know Kate will be absolutely in love with it.
