Customer service excellent. The staff at Custom Made worked with me to design the perfect wedding band for my husband. They will pretty much bring whatever design you have in mind to life. They are very quick to respond to any questions you might have. They made the process easy and were always up front about the costs. Fast shipping! They promised me the ring by Christmas Eve and I received it before then. I can't say enough good things about Custom Made! The staff are excellent. Very good company
