After some initial trepidation and research, I found CustomMade online. The experience couldn't have been better, honestly. The various steps in the creation are clearly outlined; communication is constant; questions and comments were answered immediately; and the company's desire to fulfill my needs was superb. In addition to a beautiful final product and excellent pricing, the packaging was impressive AND delivered early from the requested time (which was at least half of what the local jeweler estimated.) Highly recommend and I will be ordering again (for my daughter-in-law.)
