They made every effort possible to ensure that I knew what my options were for every single facet of my purchase--from designs, renderings, budget, materials, sourcing, optional features, everything--and that I was both comfortable and thrilled with the product. I could have walked into a jewelry store and come out with a piece in a single shopping trip instead of taking the time to have CustomMade work through the entire process with me, but I would have been much less educated about the product and been significantly less satisfied with going for the quicker option.
