My experience as a customer was amazing. The entire process was very enjoyable and they were more than happy modify my piece until every detail was better than I could’ve imagined. And when I had some concerns their customer service was quick and helpful and shipping it back to have some slight issues taken care of was easy and quick. I was also delighted that they were able to give an estimate for my piece before any payments which was something I could not find amongst their competitors. I could not recommend a better place to have your dream jewelry made!
