Overall had an excellent experience getting an engagement ring from CustomMade. They got me the ring in what I would consider a rushed timeframe (about 2 months from the first message to the delivery date) and they made any changes to the ring that I asked for. The response times were very quick and the different people that helped through the process made asking questions easy and seamless. The ring is beautiful and I am happy to say I am pleased with my experience throughout purchasing the ring.
