I never give perfect reviews, but this has been the most amazing experience! Everyone that worked on my ring were super responsive, always gave indepth explinations, made sure they understood what I was asking for, and were enthusiastic and kind the entire time! Even when I had to send it back because I asked for the wrong size, they were quick to send me a return lable, kept me updated, and got the resized ring back to me quickly. Thank you to the entire team that worked on my ring, its amazing, beautiful, and perfect; I cant wait to see my SO's face on wedding day!
