The whole experience was fantastic. The team listened to all my ideas and came up with the perfect piece for my partner. The process was made so easy and stress free and the quality of my ring was incredible. The team poured my ring but weren’t happy with a minor imperfection that came up on it, they immediately informed me they were going to remake it to ensure it would be perfect for me. Their communication was very clear and regular throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use custom made again!
