Custom made came through for my family. I recently retired from military service and commissioned some jewelry for my daughters and wife, to be used in the ceremony. They worked with my idea and my schedule, even changing their normal processes (slightly) to make sure the gifts arrived on time. Most impressively, as deadlines approached, there was a hiccup with the project. They called me, ensured I was tracking the issue, and worked hard to make sure everything that was possible was executed. Final products looked great and exactly what was ordered.
