From beginning to end, the process was better than I could have imagined. Being able to receive custom sketches of what the ring could look like is what helped solidify my decision to go with CustomMade. Interacting with each person in the design process from sketching, 3D rendering, gem sourcing, molding, was painless and they were always keeping me updated with what was happening. I had concerns on how the ring would come out compared to the sketches and rendering, but somehow they managed to take the design and truly craft a custom ring that wasn't more than a thought in my head a couple months prior. Overall from submitting the request to receiving the ring, the process took just under 2 months. I am definitely happy with the result and can't wait to show my SO.
