I custom ordered an engagement ring/wedding band with some custom designs. The whole design process was simple, fast and they listened to exactly what I wanted. I did a rush order, and the ring arrived well in advance of when I needed it. The whole process took about a month with the rush order. And the ring is absolutely beautiful. Customer Service dealing with the whole process was prompt in responding, even on weekends when I had some design changes.
