I came to CustomMade almost desperate. I was trying to find that perfect ring for my SO, and they wanted a diamond alternative. Not many out there I’m afraid, much less one that would be perfect for them. Their website didn’t say anything about the kind of stone they wanted(moss agate) but I reached out just as a last ditch effort. To my pleasant surprise, they actually had it, and not only that, but they were super helpful through the entire process. I knew exactly what the ring was going to look like before it was ever even made. And then I got updates through every step of the process, and was very reassured through everything.
