Excellent service throughout. We loved the ring that they designed. The quality, the size and everything is perfect. There is just one thing: the design is a bit stone setting heavy and therefore twisting around the finger a bit so such potential issues would be useful to be highlighted (i.e. that a wider, heavier ring might be needed to avoid that)
