When I initially found CustomMade, I was impressed by the elegant and welcoming aesthetic of their website and collateral. Working with an online company to design and purchase an engagement ring is a big commitment - it was very important to me that the company feel professional and they did. They walked me through the entire process of designing a ring, from reference images and general ideas to iterating on artist sketches, to producing a 3D render of a completed design, purchasing the center stone and custom ring production. They made the entire process fun, reassuring and painless. I worked with many different folks at CustomMade through the process and they were all highly communicative and helped me feel important and well taken care of. I will only do this once but I would do it all over again!
