From the beginning, the service has been superb. Angelica was my consultant and walked me through the steps promptly and with great guidance even with me strict timeline. Seth the design lead kept me updated throughout the construction process. Vincent the production lead walked me through the rest of the way. I am very pleased with how the ring turned out.
