Working with custom made was so lovely. They helped me throughout the whole process, answering any questions I had and explaining the process as we progresses through the different stages. Each person of my team was delightful to talk to and happy to deal with any ammendments I had to the design of my ring. It was super easy to navigate around the website and keep in touch with the team. The ring turned out to be stunning, better than I could have imagined. My now wife is over the moon with her ring and it was all made possible because of custom made. I am very happy with the end product and given the chance I would use them again.
