I had a great experience with CustomMade. I was guided through the process with timely responses from the team throughout. I had many specific requests for the ring, which were all met. When I asked to make changes several times, they were always able to accommodate me. The ring ended up exactly how I hoped and my now FIANCÉE absolutely loved it.
