I custom designed my ring from the ground up and the team were very helpful, kind, and professional. Each step of the process brought in a new person who specialized in that particular aspect. They received my critiques and changes well. Near the end of the process i did have a little bit of time in between responses as the actual making of the ring took a little longer than expected. All in all though i would recommend this company for anybody wanting to create a custom ring
