From start to finish CustomMade was a joy to work with. My ring came out gorgeous, I get so many compliments and constantly find myself just staring at it. The white opal center stone is so vivid that a friend even mistook it for a fire opal. If I had to critique anything, when using the center stone sizing tool not all ring sizes are available, so I had to take a bit of a guess. Now that I have the ring, I know that I would have gone 0.5mm larger if I'd been able to see the stone in my actual size. Seems like a tiny difference I know, but I could choose the size in 0.5mm increments. Also, there were multiple times when chatting with agents during the design phase when I had to repeat myself because something I said or asked about went unacknowledged in the response. It all worked out in the end though and I have a lovely ring. Thank you CustomMade!
