Was somewhat wary when I first found the company online but the whole experience was simple, fast and friendly! They do free sketchings and drafts of the ring before you even have to give a deposit and they work with you every step of the way and give very frequent emails about the status of the piece. The quality of the ring was amazing and they captured every detail I asked for. They are decently priced considering that you are getting a completely custom price of jewelry, I'm sure you could find a little cheaper but honestly for the customer service alone it's well worth it!
