Custom Made has made my engagement ring buying experience very easy and delightful. All of my questions were answered when I asked and it's exciting to receive updates every step of the way. I started my project off with just a random picture my girlfriend found on the internet and Custom Made gave me every option I needed in terms of materials and stones. They narrowed down the diamonds that I wanted and made sure to give me the documentation along with them. My design process went through a lot of changes and everything I wanted to adjust they adjusted in the sketches and computer designs. There was a point where I needed to put a pause on my project for a week and they were able to pause it and resume the project exactly when I wanted. The response time from everyone that I was communicating with through the chat was relatively quick and everyone was very nice over the chat. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any custom jewelry.
