I went into getting an engagement ring blindly. CustomeMade answered all of my questions (no matter how tedious), patiently and kindly. I shifted designs halfway through and they were eager to help. The customer service was fast! And human! This project was made exciting and fun thanks to them. I ended up with a unique beautiful engagement ring! Even after receiving the ring, the customer service didn’t end and they helped me with insurance for the ring. I am beyond happy with this company.
