The process was pretty easy and they helped facilitate each step of the process explaining everything as we began each step. The facilitators were knowledgeable and helpful providing feedback and advise when needed or wanted. Honestly with no experience with custom jewlery they made it really easy and I think the price was reasonable.
The only feedback I would say even as an engineer that deals with CAD a lot I didn't actually think about the size of the ring. Having some size references would help visualize the band size.
