So I ordered a stone from the team, in a unique design. I sent over the design idea I was looking for and the team created a beautiful creation. The shipping was fast and the communication between the company and I, was flawless. When the stone arrived I have a few issues with the center stone and expressed my disappointment. I was flabbergasted when the team offered to recreate my stone, (customer cutting and all) to make it right. I sent my ring back, and the team created exactly what I was looking for.
