My experience was great! The team members I dealt with were responsive to my questions, receptive of any change requests I had and they gave great experience based feedback on what would look best for my piece. There was no pressure to have answers/ideas immediately, and as the concept neared completion/production they were on top of their game with ensuring I understood any and all potential issues (I.e., I ordered a 9mm ring, and it was suggested that I size up 1/2 a size. Which fit my partner perfectly!). The piece looks better than I imagined and my partner LOVES the final product. As this was a surprise, I couldn’t get direct feedback/ideas from him, but I felt like the team I worked with did a great job at answering any questions I had and really took the stress out of a surprise of this nature.
