I have had two rings made with CustomMade. The service has always been exceptional. They have double-checked with me and ensured I was pleased the whole time and when a change was requested they didn't hesitate to make that change. They also made a recommendation on my existing plan which only made the ring look so much better. If I ever need another ring, or a friend mentions they want one made, CustomMade will be contacted.
