Everyone I was in contact with was a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, patient, and willing to rework anything to make the vision come to life. I was always in the loop during the process and felt in control of how the project moved forward. On top of the amazing customer service, the ring came out beautifully and was shipped with lots of extra goodies to be sure all went well.
