I am very particular and can be difficult to deal with due to how precise I am. Outstanding customer service and the ring is gorgeous. If I could change anything it would be to offer steel and/or resin copy rings to purchases for those of us who don't want to wear our precious metal jewelry to dangerous locations, but still want the memories these rings provide to us.
