Fist of all, I was expecting one or two people to work on this project, not a whole team of people. Each is specialized in their field be it design, metallurgy, or gemology. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff that are ready to assist with any modifications. I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band. They took minor ideas and a sketch and turned it into exactly what I wanted.
