The whole process was a breeze, I had a very tight deadline since I was going on a trip and needed the ring, the team was extremely comprehensive and diligent. Not only did I get my ring sooner than expected but they took every precaution to ensure it was exactly what I envisioned, making multiple revisions and answering all my questions throughout the process. Fantastic experience throughout, very knowledgeable team and extremely happy with the results. Have yet to propose so don’t have my SO reaction yet but I think she’ll love it!
