From start to finish the process was very easy. I was blown away by some of the concept art. It was easy to get a general idea of what I had in mind for my now fiancé's perfect ring. They were able to adjust according to my budget and made it easy to add or change any aspect. The only issue I had was the center stone was chipped in the setting process, but it was taken care of without hesitation. Overall, I am very happy with the end result and I'm sure we will be back to use the services here.
