Each team member that I worked with was respectful and understanding of what I wanted in terms of timeline and ring design. They were very accomodating in letting me see results for different choices (color, style, etc...) and for any changes that I made to the ring design.
They also stayed true to their projected finish and delivery date.
The rings are beautiful and I could not be more happy!
