It was a good experience. I was brought through and informed about the process and status for the ring during the entirety. They were very helpful with giving me all the information I needed to design and get the ring I wanted. The ring itself turned out very pretty, and both me and my now fiancé are very pleased with both the looks and quality of the ring.
