*** DON'T BE PUT OFF IF YOU'RE FROM A COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE USA *** I came across these guys almost by accident and decided to give them a go designing an engagement ring for my partner. I was a little apprehensive being from Australia and this company being based in the US, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Rather than an automated customisation setup like most jewellers I found had, these guys will talk back and forth with you to help customise your concept from a sketch all the way through 3D design to the final product, and I have to say the end result was even better than what I'd dreamt up. 11/10, highly recommend, fantastic value for money, great communication, and it was shipped to me on the day they'd promised it to me by despite me having multiple alterations and then quality control picking up a minor issue which they advised of and resolved.
